Key Account Manager – Wood Protection – Salto, Brazil (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Key Account Executive in Salto, Brazil, responsible for the wood accounts in Brazil in alignment with the business strategy, focusing on new products and new accounts. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office once a week and available for constant travel.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensures compliance with targets set in volume and margin.
- Sets price negotiation with customers.
- Introduces new products in existing and / or new customers.
- Searches markets and prospect new customers.
- Acting in accordance with Wood worldwide strategy, corporative guidance, safety, and quality standards, based in the analysis of risks and opportunities and customer satisfaction. Keep alignment with Arxada worldwide strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Three to five years’ prior experience in sales in Wood Market (preferably)
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Strong experience in the segment of industrial chemicals technical sales
- Ability to plan and implement short and long-range goals.
- Ability to prioritize and schedule work assignments.
- Qualities & Attitude: Organized, focused on results and integrity.
- Desirable English-speaking skills .
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
