We are currently recruiting for an accomplished Omnichannel Engagement Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a senior role that requires a proven leader with extensive experience in managing, developing, and coaching high-performing teams. As a subject matter expert (SME) in digital marketing, you will drive omnichannel engagement strategies and partner across our Matrix organisation to produce tangible results.

Responsibilities:

Manages, coaches, and develops the Omnichannel Engagement team, fostering a high-performance culture through ongoing coaching and professional development.

Delivers strategic input, leads cross-functional initiatives, and ensures alignment with broader organizational goals.

Crafts and sustains omnichannel strategies aligned with CSL Vifor’s goals, providing strategic direction and empowering the team to execute plans effectively.

Leads the strategic oversight and deployment of omnichannel programs and campaigns, fostering continuous learning and capability enhancement within the team, and coordinating with senior global and country stakeholders.

Delivers impactful project updates on milestones, learning, and progress to senior leadership while guiding the team in effective communication practices.

Ensures strategic coherence and tactical integration through the team, maintaining an aligned approach with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and other key functions.

Guides and supports the team to achieve high-impact results, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Leads the team in exploring, prioritizing, and implementing omnichannel opportunities in support of brand teams.

Provides insights and subject matter expertise on digital marketing and omnichannel engagement, coaching the team to excel.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, life sciences, or a healthcare discipline is required; an MBA or other graduate degree is preferred.

At least 8 years of healthcare experience, with a minimum of 5 years in omnichannel or digital marketing in pharmaceutical/ biotech or other relevant industry.

Experience in a range of sales, marketing, medical, communications, digital or business development roles.

Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, demonstrating strategic omnichannel expertise.

Experience in program and campaign design, development, and implementation.

Expertise in data and digital strategies, core platforms, and processes (CRM, MC, MLR, DAM, DMS, Taxonomy and Tagging), with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, with strong mentorship, coaching, and performance management skills.

Established skills in project management, stakeholder management, change management, budget management, and vendor management.

Experience with customer profiling, omnichannel journeys, data analytics, and key digital marketing channels.

Proven ability to enhance digital marketing capabilities, including leading change management and stakeholder engagement.

Significant experience working in a global environment, effectively engaging with multiple geographies and cross-functional teams.

In-depth understanding of company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

Proficiency in Office Programs and other collaboration software, leveraging technology for strategic advantage.

Strong influencing skills, effective at building relationships, and comfortable driving alignment across senior leadership.

Proven ability to contribute strategically as part of a leadership team, shaping the overall omnichannel and digital operations strategy.
