What you do here
Drive Lindt Global Travel Retail growth as part of the TM team by fostering insight-driven execution. The role involves managing, implementing, and tracking promotional activities (incl. sampling) for different brands in Global Travel Retail with a focus on the Europe region - to meet the company's business goals and to reach set sell-in / sell-out targets for the year.
Full responsibility for organization and execution of promotional activities for Global Account Gebr. Heinemann & Lagardère
- Full coordination and responsibility of brand activations in collaboration with Brand Marketing and Sales Teams (incl. all administrative tasks, planning and reviews)
- Application of consumer insights to optimize executions and create best practices
- Adaption of existing guidelines and brand identities to customized space
- Stakeholder management (internal and external) incl. briefing and coordination of agencies
- Coordination of data and print material
- Management of all promotional material (e.g. MC uniforms, aprons, tasting material) incl. production and dispatching
- Training support via e-learning platform (content creation and update)
- Tracking of promotional executions
Support on permanent POS projects and installations for Global Account Gebr. When you fit in with us
- Experience in Trade Marketing ideally in an FMCG environment; preferably experience in Travel Retail. Trade Marketeer specialised in Brand, Trade and/or Retail Marketing within a premium, fast-paced environment (ideally FMCG).
- Team player who thrives in cross-functional teams; works well with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers etc); can establish priorities and meet deadlines. Flexible and dynamic, independent working style – comfortably navigating in a fast-paced environment.
Project Management:
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with various stakeholders
Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with team members.
Proactive collaboration:
- Close collaboration and building of effective working relationships within Marketing and with Sales to ensure a coordinated and seamless approach to drive excellence in execution
- Proactive support to Sales teams utilizing relevant trade material to achieve business objectives
Commercial mind:
- Ability to balance commerciality with creativity to achieve set performance targets
- BA degree in Marketing or equivalent required
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German is preferred
