THE POSITION

• Develop and Implement Security Policies: Create and enforce comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard the organisation's assets, personnel, and information across all FIFA offices.
• Manage Corporate Transport Logistics: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate transport activities, ensuring efficient and secure transportation for staff and high-profile visitors.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular security risk assessments for the FIFA Offices in Zurich (including the FIFA Museum), Paris, Miami and any other place with FIFA offices, implementing measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans for various scenarios, ensuring that all staff are trained and aware of procedures in case of an incident.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with external security and transport vendors and contractors, ensuring service quality and compliance with organisational standards. Manage FIFA fleet including repairs, service, leasing and gas cards. 
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all security and transport operations comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards, staying updated on relevant legal requirements.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for the security and corporate transport department, ensuring cost-effective utilisation of resources while maintaining high levels of security and efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in comparable field.
• Proven track record in a global, fast-paced organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in corporate transport logistics and security operations.
• Strong knowledge of local, national, and international security regulations and standards.
  Valid Fire Safety Responsible (SIBE) certificate an advantage.
• Ability to align security and transport strategies with organizational goals.
• Expertise in identifying and mitigating risks.
• Calm, resilient and decisive under pressure, with strong emergency planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for clear and effective coordination. Able to interact with people of all hierarchies.
• Up-to-date understanding of legal requirements and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in managing budgets efficiently.
• Diligence in overseeing logistics and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Commitment to loyalty, confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Fluent in English, any other common language (in particular Spanish, French and German) an asset.
