We are looking for a Project Engineering Manager to join our Group as a member of the Business Unit Solutions (BUS) Europe/Central Asia/Africa, which is part of Endress+Hauser Group Services. The position is located in Reinach, Switzerland, hosted by Endress+Hauser International and reports to the Head of Applications & Execution, located in Reinach.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- Manage the engineering process for our solution projects from "prepare proposal" to "close-out contract" by coordinating external partners and 3rd parties for basic, detailed and fabrication engineering, by checking, controlling and approving engineering done by external partners or 3rd parties and by managing the interfaces between the different phases of engineering.
- Coordinate the project engineering team as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and develop a project design and engineering package regarding customer specifications and other requirements.
- Standardize the engineering methodologies utilized within the BUS ECA engineering team.
- Evaluate and qualify 3rd party partners and suppliers for fabrication, engineering and equipment.
- Implement process improvements in your area of responsibility.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have a completed technical or engineering degree in a relevant field.
- Have at least 5+ years of professional experience in a similar position in a process engineering environment.
- Bring proven capacity to design system architecture and basic engineering for solutions projects - such as P&ID, block diagrams, process description, operating philosophies of systems including sizing, definition and selection of systems and components.
- Have the knowledge of relevant IT applications, Autocad 3D and Autocad LT, MS Office, and relevant specialized engineering tools.
- Have a strong customer orientation & business mindset combined with very good communication skills.
- Are a persistent, self-confident and team-oriented personality.
- Communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
- Are willing for regular international travel mainly within Europe and Africa (approx. 20-30%).
