Purpose

Back up for the Swiss Finance Manager role on Accounting and Compliance related to the SAP S/4 HANA Implementation project (go live on 01.01.2025). The contract will be temporary from approx. end of July 2024 – March 2025. 

Tasks

• Design, support and implementation of Finance processes in global SAP S/4 HANA project
• Collaborate closely with local multidisciplinary project team, global Finance team and external SAP consultants
• Support the data validation process through multiple data migration cycles
• Create test cases and perform UAT’s and coordinate tests within the Finance organization
• Perform training sessions within the local team to improve the knowledge and capabilities of end users
• Manage the local Finance cutover activities towards go-live
• Support the organization with financially related questions post go-live to embed the change

Requirements 

• Swiss certified Accountant or Bachelor/Master in Finance or equivalent
• Good knowledge on Swiss Financial Statutory Accounting, including Swiss Tax system
• Experience in Business/Sales Controlling is advantageous
• Solid experience in designing and implementing new Global SAP systems is desirable
• Strong emotional intelligence; have the ability to interact with all employees in line with PVM’s strong cohesive culture
• Can do mentality, pragmatic and result oriented
• Business fluent in English, at least intermediate German skills
• Available immediately or in August at the latest is a must!
