We are seeking a Senior Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. How You Will Make an Impact

• Oversee all Incoming Quality Control (IQC) processes for GIS, GCB, and Service.

• Act as the key user for the SAP S/4HANA quality module.

• Execute continuous improvement projects aimed at saving resources and reducing processing time for quality department processes.

• Lead the "Zero Defect" strategy to increase the catch ratio.

• Actively support the change process for the IQC relocation project (to Embrach).

• Identify new technologies and collect best practices to improve our processes and quality.

• Create and visualize IQC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your Background

• Fluency in German and English is a must

• Proficiency in any programming language

• Lean Six Sigma training preferred but not required

• Strong academic background: At least a bachelor’s degree in any technical field of Engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, process), with a preference for a master’s degree

• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps preferred but not required

• Previous work experience in incoming quality control, quality assurance, or any other continuous improvement role is preferred

• Recent graduates with a strong background will also be considered for the position
