About the job
In collaboration with the Head of Licensing, the Senior Manager will lead, coordinate, and oversee license relationships, driving the development and expansion of the licensing business. This 360° role ensures alignment between licensees and licensors while safeguarding Swarovski’s interests and ensuring successful category implementation.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the implementation of the Global Licensing strategy to drive brand and commercial success
- Develop 360° activation plans, including budget monitoring, briefing assets/materials, and managing the approval process
- Manage and guide partner relationships, focusing on commercial and marketing activations
- Leverage partnerships effectively to maximize their contribution to strategic goals, from optimizing merchandising portfolios to executing marketing initiatives
- Ensure efficient operations by managing systems, processes, and timely execution through precise project management
- Monitor licensing category performance to ensure contract compliance and analyze financial results to identify opportunities or address discrepancies proactively
- Prepare and analyze royalty income reports and provide monthly/quarterly licensing activity updates
- Collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners, building strong relationships at all organizational levels
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- A university or master’s degree, preferably in business economics, business administration, management, or marketing
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury/premium brand marketing and licensing roles, with mandatory experience in Beauty/Fragrance
- Proven expertise in licensing, brand management, and maximizing partnership value
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills, combined with financial acumen
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a creative, flexible approach to navigating complexity and finding solutions that drive mutual value
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across departments, geographies, and organizational levels
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus
