The Quality IT Lead is responsible for managing the Quality IT Systems and leading respective projects to develop and enhance the systems landscape for Group Quality. This role ensures the effective implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems that support quality management processes across the organization in close collaboration with Group Quality.

Your tasks:

• System Ownership:
  • System ownership of Quality IT Systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance.
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of Quality IT Systems.
  • Ensure systems are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Project Management:
  • Lead projects aimed at developing and upgrading Quality IT Systems.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Group Quality and cross-functional teams to understand their quality management needs and translate them into IT system requirements.
  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Implement best practices for Quality IT Systems management.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the systems landscape remains cutting-edge.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all Quality IT Systems are documented and comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT systems and leading IT projects in a quality management context.
• Experience with specific Quality IT Systems & Platforms (e.g. Veeva, Mastercontrol, Kneat GX, SAP QM).
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
• Strong project management skills
• Experience/knowledge of IT Service Management processes (ITIL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
