REGIONAL TRAINER 100%
Job description
Main responsibilities will include:
Training Needs Analysis:
- Assess and analyze training needs across the APAC region to identify skill gaps and align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and stakeholders to prioritize training objectives
Training Program Development and Delivery:
- Design and deliver innovative, engaging, and impactful training programs, including product knowledge, customer service excellence, and leadership development
- Tailor programs to address cultural and regional differences while maintaining brand consistency
- Utilize a blend of training methodologies, including in-person workshops, e-learning, and virtual sessions
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of trainers across the APAC region to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training initiatives
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Develop and implement tools to measure training effectiveness, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously refine training programs
Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development, particularly in retail and luxury industries
- Incorporate cutting-edge strategies to enhance the training experience and ensure competitiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Ensure training aligns with company objectives and market needs
- Communicate with and manage different Stakeholders in the markets to drive business performance
Profile
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Proven track record of 3+ years in Learning & Development, training management, or a similar role, preferably within the retail, luxury, or consumer goods sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expertise in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and digital training tools
Professional requirements
Professional requirements:
You have a good research and analytical skills. Furthermore, you have an excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills. You are able to Adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, you have Strong analytical skills to assess needs, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements. Finally, you are willing to travel across the APAC region.
Languages
In addition, you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Mandarin. Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
