Quality Assurance Specialist (f/m)

What impact do you have?

• Define and monitor microbiological, chemical/physical, and sensory quality standards for raw materials, packaging, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Establish and oversee hygiene standards for materials, plant infrastructures, and staff.
• Manage quality deviations and customer complaints, leading root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare analysis plans, manage system analysis data, and coordinate internal and external analyses.
• Collaborate with HACCP teams and support internal and external audits and certifications.
• Various administrative tasks.

What do you offer?

• Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college) Degree in Food Engineering (ETH), Food Technology (FH/HFP), or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in project management and knowledge in sensory testing and handling chemicals.
