In this pivotal role, you will provide critical administrative and strategic support, coordinate key management activities, and enable analytics-driven insights. You will work closely with the Head of Clients & Products, other management team members, and the respective teams of SIX Repo and Securities Finance.

What You Will Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations
- Coordinate management activities and meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action item follow-ups to ensure timely completion
- Deliver analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decisions, including preparing reports and presentations
- Foster collaboration between management and business teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills and proven experience in administrative or business support roles
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze detailed reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Expertise in coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing priorities, and delivering excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently
- Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
