We are currently looking for a
In this function, you will provide high-level administrative support and personal assistance to one of our Partners and work hand in hand with the Assistants Team.
Your principal tasks and responsibilities include:
- Assistance in daily assignment work, particularly writing reports (70% in English, 30% in German) and organizing logistics for client meetings and candidate interviews globally
- Managing the Partner's agenda including planning, preparation and coordination of national and international travels
- Communication and correspondence with our worldwide clients and candidates
- Contribution to business development activities
- Preparation of presentations and documents and providing support services
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records in our database
- Organization and administrative handling of selected events
- Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors in a polite and professional manner
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an Assistant and/or in administration; ideally commercial apprenticeship, Bachelor's degree or similar
- Working experience in an international environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German (ideally bilingual), Swiss German and any other language is a plus
- Tech savvy, good knowledge of MS Office 365, digital collaboration tools and AI applications
- High quality, service-oriented and pro-active mindset
- Flexibility and the ability to work and deliver quality under pressure
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Excellent communicator, internally and externally
- A high level of personal responsibility and self-discipline
- Self-motivated, resourceful, hands-on and committed personality with a good sense of humor
