Purpose of the job
Will you be our new HR Officer to our Global Supply Chain scope? We invite you to join our Global People Team, operating from Zug but with a global reach. You will be responsible for leading various processes throughout the employee lifecycle – preparing contract documents, onboarding and offboarding, local benefits and other day-to-day queries to ensure a positive employee experience. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all documentation, presentations and communications are delivered punctually and with the highest quality.
The role is based in our offices in Rotkreutz, Zug, Switzerland.
Role Key Accountabilities
- First-line point of contact to support our employees daily people-related queries.
- Draft contracts and related documents, templates, organigrams, and other people documents that need to be updated.
- Lead and support our employee life cycle: pre-hire and onboarding; leaves of absence; internal talent moves; and offboarding.
- Primary lead for our Payroll process with our external provider, consolidating & reviewing changes with our People Business Partners and ensuring payroll is delivered accurately and on-time.
- Continuous process improvement: help grow the business by improving our business processes.
- Manage data quality, reviewing reports and troubleshooting errors
- Create engaging communications and presentations for people-related topics.
Skills and Experiences
- You have a degree related to Human Resources (Master's degree in HR is a plus) or equivalent professional experience
- You have direct experience & knowledge of Swiss labor law.
- You have strong administrative skills, operating with excellence in all business processes and data management, meaning speed, quality, and discretion.
- You are professionally fluent in both English and German.
- You have strong Office 365 skills including prior hands-on experience with HR platforms like Workday or similar.
