The programme
This is a unique 18-month experience where we offer you a permanent position comprising a specific programme with rotations in different teams to enable you to expand your expertise and professional skills.
Based on a permanent contract, our graduate programmes include on- and off-the-job components, placing the emphasis on teamwork but also exploring each individual’s specific skill set, furthering their development and setting specific objectives.
During the programme, you will work with a wide range of experts within the firm and form part of an international graduate network. To sharpen your technical skills, you will prepare for specific certifications depending on your role, while also developing your soft skills through the Group Graduate Training Programme.
Your team
The Services & Strategy unit is part of the Technology & Operations division and is responsible for the strategic management and optimization of operational services within the Pictet Group. The Operations Services & Strategy team plays a key role in defining strategic initiatives and continuously improving the services offered by the Group.
As a Graduate in the Operations Strategy & Services team, you will gain valuable insights into the various operational units of a custodian bank and fund administration activities. You will engage with several teams, take part in diverse projects and explore how the Operations teams supports the delivery of high-quality services for Wealth Management, Asset Management and Asset Servicing.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, drive process improvements and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance our service delivery.
Your role
- Contribute to designing and developing the service catalogue offered by Operations teams.
- Assess internal clients’ strategic initiatives to prepare the yearly budget.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends and infrastructure changes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Operations teams to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Operations team.
Your profile
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university, or equivalent qualification and experience.
- Between six months and two years of experience after graduation working for an international company or in a multicultural environment.
- An enquiring mind with an ability to innovate and a strong team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive involvement in extracurricular activities and contributions to specific projects (academic, humanitarian, etc.) would be highly appreciated.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
