Your main tasks
- Personnel management and coaching of directly subordinate employees (People Lifecycle Management)
- Planning, steering and developing the department with regard to all central topics, such as employee development, target agreement and qualification discussions, change management, motivation, planning, budget, costs, resources, etc. in cooperation with Human Resources
- Adhering to and exemplifying corporate values, corporate culture and internal rules
- Information management and communication within the department and with other (cross-divisional) departments
- Operational and financial responsibility for the subordinate departments as well as their optimisation and further development
- Developing the basis for decision-making and continuous reporting to the division and executive management
- Developing, refining, planning and implementing the strategy in the area / department for which responsibility is to be taken
- Aligning the goals for the division and being responsible for achieving the goals in line with the strategy
- Developing and optimising work processes in order to achieve the set division / department goals in the best possible way
- Project management of overall projects and sub-projects in the division / department
- Responsible for information management and communication within the division as well as with superordinate and subordinate units
- Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Supporting other (cross-divisional) departments and divisions
- Ensuring and further developing services within the area/department for which responsibility is to be taken
Your profile
- Completed studies (for CH: FH) / university
- Further education in business administration, further education in leadership, comparable further education
- Several years of management experience
- Several years of experience in project and process management or comparable
- Several years of experience in the environment of the area for which you are responsible or comparable
