Digital Excellence Partner m/f/x
Your responsibilities:
- You identify and evaluate business opportunities and strategic objectives for digital projects within the team and ensure alignment with the overall corporate strategy and business goals
- You implement agile practices to manage projects, prioritize project tasks and manage the digital project backlog, developing detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- You ensure that all digital initiatives are customer-centric and deliver tangible value to end users on time, within scope, and within budget
- You coordinate with our global IT and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of digital solutions
- You establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of your digital initiatives.
- You facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments by using exceptional demonstration, visualization, presentation and teaching skills
- You stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and trends and gather and incorporate feedback from internal customers to continuously improve our digital offerings
Your qualifications:
- University degree in business informatics, business management, engineering or any comparable degree with focus on IT business informatics or digital transformation
- 5+ years professional experience in a comparable position, working in an agency, startup or small to medium-sized company advantageous
- Clear understanding of customer requirements, strong focus on achieving deliverables and meeting project deadlines with a consultant's mindset
- Intrapreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation & continuous improvement
- Conceptual digital solution design and architecture skills
- Pro-active, quality conscious and independent way of working, high level of commitment, efficiency and effectiveness
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships and actively managing internal customer expectations to ensure their perception of success
- Good command of written and spoken English
The collective agreement minimum salary in the retail sector applies to this position. The amount of the overpayment depends on your professional qualifications and experience, as well as the corresponding requirements of the labor market.
