What would your role be?

Lead and develop a team of financial crime compliance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.

Oversee the second line of defense reviews for transaction monitoring alerts, ensuring thorough analysis of asset origins, client profiles, and commercial backgrounds.

Monitor and assess transactional behaviors, including crypto-related transactions, and provide expert guidance on high-risk activities.

Partner with Relationship Managers (RMs) to support them in compliance matters, providing clear and actionable guidance.

Enhance risk management frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Collaborate with internal compliance functions to create a holistic client risk assessment and ensure consistency across the organization.

Drive innovation by continuously improving transaction monitoring processes and leveraging new technologies where applicable.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience in financial crime compliance and transaction monitoring, with expertise in regulatory requirements.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team.

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels and functions.

A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, able to navigate complexity with confidence.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Experience with cryptocurrency transactions and compliance frameworks is a plus.
