For one of our renowned clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified Senior Solution Architect Voice(m/w/d) in Basel with an opportunity to work remotely. Responsibilities
- Support the transition of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, and Skype to Teams voice solution
- Review and interpret business requirements to align them with current or future ICT capabilities
- Globally design and implement Voice Infrastructure solutions, including MS Teams Voice, Skype for Business, Audiocode, Cisco Call Manager, Luware, and Attendant Pro
- Oversee the efficient operation of Voice & Telephony Services, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance of the IT infrastructure
- Technology scouting and running proof of concepts; propose new solutions, liaise with vendors, and define global IT infrastructure standards
- Ensure disaster recovery and maintain security of systems and prevent unauthorized access
- Implement and document systems in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Expertise in voice infrastructure (MS Teams Voice, Skype, Audiocode, Cisco Call Manager, Luware, Attendant Pro, CUCM)
- Experience with planning, designing, and implementing enterprise architecture
- Proficiency in disaster recovery, documentation management, security compliance standards and technology scouting
- Effective communication and documentation skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in other languages like Spanish, Italian and German is highly appreciated
