Do you have a first successful experience in B2B sales and managing a team? Do you want to grow your leadership skills in a fast-paced environment where culture is key? Are you driven, hands-on, and excited to lead both people and performance? Apply now!
About the role
For over 25 years, we have supported companies across six countries with innovative staffing & recruitment solutions — all focused on professionals early in their careers. Our Zurich office runs like a start-up — a tight-knit team of around 10 colleagues, supporting 50+ consultants on assignment each month across the region. What sets us apart? A strong company culture, and a dedication to client satisfaction that drives us to go further every day.
As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we're looking for a Sales Team Manager to join us.
Work tasks
We're looking for a people-focused, results-driven sales team manager who's ready to juggle both team management and sales strategy. You'll be a key player in shaping our office culture, client success, and overall growth.
As a Team Manager
You will coach and lead a team of Account Managers and be responsible for their success and development. Your focus will be on people management, team performance, and local growth.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of Account Managers through regular performance follow-ups (face-to-face meetings)
- Recruiting new team members while fostering a strong sales culture
- Inspiring your team to achieve our ultimate goal: client satisfaction!
- Collaborating with local leadership to grow our Zurich office and shape our way of working
As a Sales Manager
You will act as the right hand of the Branch Manager when it comes to sales performance, strategy, and processes.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Account Managers in client meetings and helping spot new business opportunities
- Tracking sales KPIs and supporting the Branch Manager with process alignment
- Designing tailored development plans for Account Managers
- Organizing and leading training and onboarding initiatives for new hires
- Analyzing client portfolios, market trends, and sales data to support strategic decisions
We are looking for
We're not looking for 20+ years of experience — just someone who's already achieved solid results in B2B sales and team leadership, and is ready for more.
We think you'll thrive if you have:
- A first (and successful) experience in B2B sales
- Experience managing or mentoring others in a sales setting
- A hands-on mindset and a passion for coaching and growing people
- Fluent German (spoken and written), plus strong English (C1 level)
- Great communication skills and a drive to build strong, long-term client relationships
- A leadership style that's inspiring, structured, and full of energy
