Since our successful launch in November 2024, we've been growing rapidly. Now, we're looking for a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to take our expansion across Switzerland and Europe to the next level.
About the Role of Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in shaping Poncho's future by driving growth, product development, and market expansion.
This position is for someone who can strategically build, launch, and scale a business-blending sales, business development, marketing, and product strategy into one seamless approach.
You'll be responsible for defining Poncho's go-to-market strategy, leading high-value partnerships, and ensuring long-term product-market fit. If you have a founder's mindset and a passion for disrupting an industry, this is the opportunity for you.
Your responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
? Secure and expand partnerships across B2B2C and B2B2B distribution channels.
? Establish Poncho as a trusted, must-have solution for travel and leisure businesses.
? Build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive long-term success.
Product Strategy & Market Expansion
? Develop and refine Poncho's go-to-market strategy, ensuring sustainable growth.
? Identify new market opportunities and tailor Poncho's offerings for expansion.
? Work closely with product and marketing teams to fine-tune our value proposition.
Brand Positioning & Growth Leadership
? Create a strong brand identity and customer experience to fuel international expansion.
? Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
? Represent Poncho at key industry events, trade shows, and strategic meetings.

Your profile
? Proven Founder & Business Builder - You have 8-15 years of experience, including previous co-founder experience and a track record in scaling a startup.
? End-to-End Growth Expertise - You've built and launched commercial strategies from product ideation to execution in B2B2C or B2B2B ecosystems.
? Industry Knowledge - Experience in travel and leisure
? Sales & Strategic Vision - You're a deal-closer with an entrepreneurial mindset, skilled in both sales execution and high-level strategy.
? Flexible Location - You are based in Europe and can be in Zurich within 4 hours by flight or road.
