Main Tasks
- Engage in timely and appropriate communication with related stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, HR colleagues and external agencies.
- Consult hiring managers on hiring needs, job descriptions, hiring process and external talent market trend.
- Handle senior positions hiring per needs.
- Manage and collaborate with agencies, service providers and suppliers.
- Partner with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting channels build up, and future talent network engagement.
- Update and maintain staffing related policy according to the company compliance and global guidance.
- Performs related work as required.

Education / 教育背景
- University degree and above.
Experience / 经验
- With at least 5 years recruitment experiences in multinational company, solid knowledge and experiences in other fields of Human Resources Management as well.
Other skills / 其他技能
- Recruiting experience in high-tech companies, and digital function would be a plus
- Strong communication and influencing skills, be able to develop positive working relationships across all level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, good team player, good negotiation and communication skills.
- Mature, innovative, independent and proactive.
- Problem solving, hard working, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
- Strong candidate assessment skills and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy and be fluent in both English and Chinese.
