We're looking for a dynamic Head of Voice & Messaging Wholesale to lead a senior and very motivated team to drive growth. You'll be key in ensuring operational success, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and navigating the evolving telecom landscape. If you have over 8 years of experience in international wholesale, a commercially driven mindset, and a passion for innovation, this is your chance to make a significant impact. Tasks:

• Leadership of a very senior team
• Key person to ensure business continuity within Voice & Messaging and deliver the budget
• Find new ways (business models) to ensure continued growth in the Messaging space and to keep voice stable - Launch of new Services & Products (Innovational mindset)
• Maintain positive business and customer relationship with external and internal peers
• Cross department cooperation within B2B, legal, finance and technical teams
• Ambassador for Sunrise in international Telecoms World
• Advocacy for your team and development of people
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in economics or engineering
• More than 8 years of work experience in international wholesale environment & account management 
• Knowledge of the Voice and Messaging world and wholesale in general
• Commercially driven person with a can do attitude
• Strong analytical skills and use of MS Office tools
• Good verbal and written communication, listening and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and German or French/Italian (basic is okay) - any additional language is a big plus
