In this role you will be accountable for:
- Implementation, documentation and maintenance of PIM/DAM relevant systems and all in that context relevant processes
- Close collaboration with business units (PBUs, Group and EMEA functions, MBUs)
- Ensure daily business support (incident and request management) for the PIM area
- Consult, evaluate, specify and implement change requests possibly in collaboration with partners
- Define concepts for and implement data architecture, dataflows from and to surrounding systems and processes to maintain data and monitor its quality.
- Support continuous development of the corporate data concept
- Keep PIM/DAM relevant systems consistent and efficient with connected systems; ensure data quality by identifying and implementing business rules within agreed responsibilities and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- University Degree in IT, Business Administration or similar education
- Profound understanding of data management, preferably in SAP/PIM and experience in IT
- Good knowledge of business processes
- Stibo STEP experience an asset
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Collaborative team player with a strong focus on user needs
- Systematic thinker who effectively translates insights into actionable steps
- Good communicator, capable of explaining topics within the broader context of communication and user journey management
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); German and other languages are advantageous
