We are seeking an impact-oriented Junior Fundraising and Marketing Support for the Swiss Chapter of Aiducation International (80%) in Zurich Altstetten. In this supporting role, you will be working closely with the Country Director Switzerland and with the advancing team in Zurich. YOU WILL
Fundraising
- Excels precise data management, handles various administrative tasks efficiently, and works with great accuracy
- Assist in refining product pitches and grant agreements for fundraising initiatives
- Support fundraising/sales pipeline management, tracking engagement, follow-up activities/renewal to ensure consistent communication and relationship-building with existing B2B partners
- Ongoing development process of marketing/sales material (factsheets, slides, mailings)
Marketing & Communication
- Create promotionalbmaterials, such as flyers and banners, adhering to corporate branding
- Support the event team for the organization of two major annual events.
- Nice to have: Creative copywriting: taking on the Aiducation “voice” in all communications efforts
- Strategic storytelling, coordination of social media and newsletter content planning and execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

Must-haves
- Entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for making a difference and a strong growth mindset
- Administrative precision, persistence, sales and fundraising skills
- Deep interest in social responsibility and passion for problem-solving
- Commitment to working in a not-for-profit organization and flexibility for cross culture team collaboration
- Language Skills: German: C1 - expert; English: C2 - native speaker preferred
Nice-to-Haves
- Flair for storytelling/inclusive and inspiring copywriting
- Affinity for digital tools, graphic design skills (e.g. Canva) are a strong advantage
- Willingness to shape the role further & support the future organizational development
- Experience in the not-for-profit and/or education sector
- Experience in a global and distributed team
