Main goal
The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for defining UEFA's employer branding and recruitment strategy. In this role, you will be able to make a key contribution by supporting the Human Resources (HR) unit on numerous initiatives and projects. We are looking for a creative, open-minded and curious individual that is ready to embark on this exciting journey with us.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the team with various employer branding projects and initiatives
- Helping the Talent Acquisition Coordinator and other internal stakeholders to create effective employer branding messages and support with planning and gathering content for social media
- Reviewing the candidate experience, analysing recruitment data and recommending improvements
- Identifying new and creative ways to engage with diverse audiences and attract top talents
- Supporting colleagues with other HR activities when needed
Requirements
Experience:
- Professional experience in marketing, communication or HR, ideally in an international environment, or a strong interest in or knowledge of employer branding
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication is a strong asset
Languages:
- English / Advanced
- French is an asset
Other requirements:
- An interest in football is an asset
- Curious, self-driven, collaborative and creative
