Position Summary
Join our Office of Airworthiness and play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance for high-end VIP aircraft as well as refurbishments, modifications and special mission aircraft. As an Electrical CVE, you will ensure compliance with EASA Part 21J regulations, working closely with engineers and regulators to maintain the highest standards of aviation safety.
Your mission
- Compliance & certification: Thoroughly review electrical systems, designs and specifications to assess compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Project management: Prepare certification programs and manage STC projects as a focal point of contact for Engineering.
- Technical documentation: Verify and approve engineering documentation, test plans, and certification reports related to design changes and modifications.
- Regulatory coordination: Coordinate with regulatory agencies, develop and maintain relationships with them.
- Testing & verification: Execute ground and flight tests witnessing, including conformity.

- Risk & safety management: Perform electrical CVE role in flight test preparation activities such as Flight Test Hazard assessments, or Safety Review Board meetings to support the flight test coordinator.
- Technical advisor: Provide expertise and guidance to engineers on compliance issues and make recommendations on the qualification of subcontractors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders, such as quality, production, supply chain, to integrate compliance into design processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in developing and maintaining Design Organisation Approvals procedures.

Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in a Design Organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven EASA CVE experience in electrical systems, with deep knowledge of CS 25 regulations.
- Experience in both minor and major changes with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Leadership skills with the ability to act as Project Certification Manager or Lead CVE on STC projects.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
