Operations Specialist Client Solutions & Business Development

Job Description
 

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our Client Solutions & Business Development (BUD) team. Reporting to the Head BUD Operations and Client Support you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficiency of our business development operations, ensuring seamless processes and contributing to the overall success of the BUD team and our firm.

You will focus on the execution of strategic initiatives, the build-up and enhancement of tools, processes and platforms as well as the design of new scalable solutions in close collaboration with Relationship Managers (RMs), Investors and other Operation teams. Further tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Enhance internal core systems, such as DealCloud CRM and the Firm’s Management Information System;

• Support building the Investor Portal as a new key tool to collaborate with clients;

• Join AI projects to foster smooth operation of the entire BUD platform;

• Ensure regulatory processes are adhered to by RMs and you support a smooth investor onboarding process;

• Document, analyze and challenge business processes and jointly re-design and optimize them;

• Collaborate with BUD staff globally and enhance the efficiency of their daily work;

• Prepare training materials and train RMs on rolled-out tools, push for adoption and support the entire change management process;

• Support BUD management in various operational related matters and projects.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in Business Economics/Administration or Business Informatics;

• A minimum of 2 years working experience as an operations specialist or business analyst in a similar role;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business, data and technical processes quickly;

• High level of motivation to work on own initiative and in collaboration with various stakeholders globally;

• Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring;

• Ability to coordinate between different teams and ensure timely delivery of tasks/projects;

• Comfortable in constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results;

• Collaborative and inclusive personality, who is confident in working with various levels of the organization;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in written and verbal English; German is a plus.
