The global supply chain team is looking for a technology and systems-savvyprofessional to join the team at the On labs in Zurich. Your Mission

• Provide daily operational support to our system end users by owning ourinternal Supply Chain ticketing tool. Identify the severity of the issuesraised and prioritize as well as resolve them effectively

• Assure interfaces run reliably and fast between D365 and our SupplyChain tools such as our Vendor management and Supply Chain Planningsystems

• Analyze more complex problems and manage their resolution within theOn team as well as with external partners

• Act as a key stakeholder to our Master Data team and continuouslysupport the system setup of our Supply Chain attributes

• Contribute to various improvement Supply Chain projects includingrequirements gathering, testing , implementation and hypercare

• Learn and master new Tech tools and associated processes
