Quality Senior Specialist (m/f/d)
permanent position in Zurich

You will be a member of Pfizer’s dedicated and highly effective quality team. You will serve as a primary contact for managing product quality complaints in accordance with the company's complaint policy while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
Your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
- Contributing to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
- Resolution of Product Quality Compliance Issues locally and regionally.
- Managing communications with local and regional stakeholders related to product quality complaints.
- Support audits and inspections to ensure compliance with activities for GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
- Management of Commitments and Change Controls
- Management of Deviations & Quality Investigations.
- Supporting/assisting in timely implementation/completion of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to address quality/compliance issues identified.
- Compiling Key Performance Indicator figures for reporting purpose.
- Support maintenance of local Quality Management System including Training Management
- Support Product Quality Reviews.
- Support local Batch Release
- Assist with additional duties as directed by SOQ Team Lead
- Developmentand Maintenance of Consistent Quality Culture.
You offer:
- Academic degree in life science (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, biochemistry) or equivalent with experience working in pharmaceutical and related industries in a Quality Operation, Manufacturing or Regulatory role.
- Knowledge of the Swiss legal environment in terms of pharmaceutical products, knowledge about other legal environments (EU, US, Australia, etc.) is of advantage.
- Fluency (written and verbal) in German and English. Additional local languages are an asset.
- Has appropriate quality and technical experience to management expectations.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Diplomatic in communication with internal and external customers.
- Able to work effectively in cross-functional team & collaborate.
