For our client, an international company based in Baden, we are looking for a Corporate Procurement Specialist (m/f/d).

- Duration: 1,5 year (extension possible)
- Working Hours: 100%
- Type of working: Home office possible 5 days/week
Your responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of corporate procurement strategies across multiple domains
- Support IT-related projects (e.g., services, hardware, software, and operations) from a procurement and sourcing standpoint
- Contribute to process improvements in areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Supplier Risk & Performance Management, and Procurement Sustainability
- Ensure alignment and compliance with procurement policies, standards, and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT stakeholders and suppliers to deliver strategic sourcing and category management projects
- Analyze supplier markets and develop negotiation strategies to drive cost savings and added value
- Utilize procurement tools such as SAP Ariba (including eAuctioning), Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and decision-making support
Your qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, category management, or IT-related procurement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills and a highly organized, results-driven approach
- Proven expertise in contract management
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Business fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
