Your Mission
- Lead impactful product and brand campaigns: own and drive the planning and execution of campaigns across the digital marketing landscape, ensuring strategic alignment with commercial priorities, definition of clear objectives, KPIs and targets, delivering detailed production deliverables and seamless rollout
- Cross functional collaboration: drive collaboration across a wide variety of stakeholders such as Acquisition, CRM, Merchandising, Digital Product Management, Customer Service, ensuring alignment and seamless execution at global and regional levels
- Campaign innovation and optimization: continuously seek innovative approaches to elevate digital campaign performance across owned and paid channels, staying updated on the latest trends and leveraging data to refine strategies and execution
- Data-driven decision making: provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for campaigns improvement against set targets and long time objectives
- Creative leadership: oversee the creation of compelling creative assets and copy, ensuring they are tailored for each channel while maintaining brand consistency and resonance across global and regional audiences
- Complex project management: lead multi-channel project management processes, ensuring structured timelines, issue escalation, and successful delivery
