Our Flex-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. As a Flex-Track Graduate, you are in the driving seat to define your rotations 2 and 3 within all departments of the bank. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
Your team
Join the COO division and become part of Enterprise Management (EM). During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into business management and contribute to managing a subdivision of cross-functional teams who drive transformative change across the Bank.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Support the execution of EM’s Communication Strategy

Help to manage EM’s Financial Budget

Support the Head of EM with reporting deliverables

YOUR PROFILE
-
Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Business Administration/ International Management/ Banking & Finance / Business Innovation or similar fields (graduation max. 12 months ago)

Initial practical experience in Banking and with Business Management and/or Project Management skills
-
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and format spreadsheets and deliver clear, professional presentations

Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in English, with German being a plus
