Business Tester – Wealth Management Products
Location: Zürich, Switzerland
Contract Duration: 9 to 12 months (fully onsite)
Swiss Himmel seeks a skilled and motivated Business Tester to join our dynamic team in Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading bank on a cross-border merger strategy, transitioning from an old entity to a new one.
In this full-time role, you will focus on testing related to Wealth Management products, including Securities, Corporate Actions, and Custody Services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Tester, you will:
- Could you collaborate closely with the Test Lead to ensure a seamless migration to new systems?
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and verify business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive high-level requirement documents.
- Support technical teams in creating optimal use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with the testing team during various testing phases and act as a representative for end-users during UAT.
Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong functional testing experience, including a solid understanding of the testing lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English and basic knowledge of German.
Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience in ETL testing with hands-on skills in writing SQL queries.
- Proficiency in SQL, with working experience in Oracle databases.
- Experience in migration testing, including testing of static and transactional data across core systems.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work across multiple functional projects and effectively communicate data-related insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Added Advantages:
- Experience in the Banking domain and Wealth Management.
- Proven expertise in Migration projects.
