What Your Day Looks Like

The Architecture Team leads efforts to design and implement enterprise-wide solutions, establish technology standards, and provide guidance on technology investments. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, specializing in Financial Services and Sustainability/Economics, you will:

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define technology requirements and align them with strategic goals
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints and roadmaps to guide technology decisions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify innovative solutions
• Lead architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Partner with project managers, developers, and product owners to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, including designing modern IT solutions within an Agile SCRUM environment

What We're Looking For

• 8-10 years of strategic IT experience with advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (preferably TOGAF)
• Experience in Financial Services, ERP/SAP, and ideally Sustainability/Economics
• Strong expertise in Business Process and Data Modeling
• Executive-level communication skills
• Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
