Mission:
In the Systems Performance team, our goal is to provide the rest of the company with data-driven insights into the technical and commercial performance of our systems. We use system data to proactively identify and quantify major potential improvements to system design and configuration. We aim to provide the rest of the company with the tools they need to take data-driven decisions and to give them an overview of the performance of all systems.
Your Role:
- Proactively explore and analyze system data to identify trends, anomalies and room for improvement in the technical and commercial performance of the systems
- Develop and document data pipelines to make relevant information from system logs available for analysis
- Develop dashboards for different stakeholders (e.g. Support, Client Success) to monitor the performance of the systems
- Input into the system design and processes by validating assumptions and identifying improvements using system data
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues and provide data-driven solutions
Your Experience:
- BS or MS degree in Robotics, Control Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience in systems engineering or robotics
- Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and BI tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts to others
