We are a dynamic, cutting-edge AI research lab based in Zug, Switzerland, dedicated to developing advanced artificial intelligence solutions with real-world impact. We are currently seeking a highly skilled AI Research Scientist with proven expertise in Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL), Large Language Models (LLMs), and software-driven experimentation.
- Lead the training, scaling, and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models using supervised and reinforcement learning methods.
- Drive internal projects leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning, specifically focusing on approximating Nash equilibria in complex multi-agent scenarios.
- Develop and implement innovative test-time scaling strategies and automated code optimisation processes, leveraging LLMs to streamline software development and enhance productivity.
- Undertake pioneering research in environments characterized by sparse or expensive rewards, contributing to significant open research challenges.
- Publish research findings in top-tier academic venues and maintain an active online presence, disseminating knowledge and enhancing the lab’s visibility.
Your Profile:
- PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in training and deploying LLMs (ranging from 8B to 405B parameters), with practical applications.
- Deep expertise in MARL and experience finding approximate Nash equilibria.
- Proficient in Python with substantial experience in software architecture and implementation.
- Solid academic background with a track record of publications and presentations at reputable conferences.
