You will be part of the Corporate Tech platform within our PAM Tech & Operations department. This platform delivers and maintains innovative tech solutions that enhance business processes across finance, regulatory reporting, client, contract and product lifecycle management, business risk monitoring and company oversight.
Your role
- Regulatory reporting:
- Collaborating with compliance, legal, finance, strategic change and operations teams to gather detailed requirements for regulatory reporting.
- Translating such requirements into technical specifications for implementation.
- Ensuring the implementation (incl. testing) and maintenance of the solutions you helped designing.
- Data management and analysis:
- Designing robust data models to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in regulatory reports.
- Providing support and troubleshooting for regulatory reporting systems and tools.
- Assisting in the integration of new regulatory reporting requirements into existing systems and workflows.
- Continuous improvement:
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and best practices implementation.
- Staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address potential impacts on reporting processes.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business analyst role within asset management or financial services.
- Strong knowledge on financial instruments and their derivatives (Listed and OTC). Knowledge if trading lifecycle, a plus.
- Experience with agile methodologies, a plus.
- Experience with regulatory reporting requirements and frameworks (e.g. MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, Shareholdings Disclosures), a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written).
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
