Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Location: Greifensee, Zurich (hybrid: 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote).
Requirements - you:
* are fluent in both English and German
* have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
* bring 5+ years of experience in TA, including in a leadership role
* have a track record of managing recruitment and driving results in a fast-paced environment
* are experienced with TA technologies (ATS, CRM, AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
* possess great interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

We are looking for a Team Leader Talent Acquisition (TA) 100% (all genders). In this role, you lead a dynamic team of recruiters, driving best practices, engaging with candidates and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
What You Need to Succeed Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition Europe and Switzerland.
Your responsibilities - you:
* lead and mentor a team of TA professionals to achieve recruitment goals in a positive team environment
* manage full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer, and support onboarding of new hires
* drive end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic roles
* collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and provide best practice advice
* analyze recruitment metrics, improve processes and report on team performance
* ensure compliance with hiring laws and regulations while promoting diversity and inclusion
* act as a key ambassador for the company's employer brand
