STAAR Surgical AG in Brügg is our international sales and distribution centre. In Nidau BE our company is further expanding by setting up a brand-new manufacturing site. Due to our company’s continued growth and expansion, and in order to reinforce our Human Resources Department, we are currently recruiting a professional for the position as
Job Description
- Responsible for the reception of external visitors (coordination of the visitor’s program, preparation of access badges etc.)
- Accept and transfer incoming calls
- Dispatch and distribute the internal/external post
- Support the organization of employee events and trainings
- Publish and prepare internal HR communications (Mailings, Presentations, SharePoint etc.)
- Support the creation of Purchase Order and control the invoices for the HR department
- Provide support in talent acquisition (general correspondence with candidates)
- Train the commercial apprentice in relevant tasks
- Backup for Time and Absence Management
- Support HR projects and initiatives
Your profile
- Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar) as well as several years' experience in a similar function.
- High level of service awareness, very good organizational skills and team-oriented working style.
- Discreet, loyal and flexible personality.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus.
- Proficient computer and MS Office skills.
- Availability to work during fixed office hours (08:00 – 12:00 / 13:00 – 17:00).
