Brand Manager Hematology (m/f/d)
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Brand Manager Hematology (m/f/d) to join our Hemato-Oncology Franchise, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the Multiple Myeloma market.
This role is ideal for individuals with a scientific background, prior marketing experience, and a solid grasp of omnichannel and digital marketing.
The Brand Manager will play a key role in the execution of marketing strategies, development of promotional materials, omnichannel campaigns, contributing to the success of our launches in GSK’s growing innovative hemato-oncology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing plans for GSK’s hemato-oncology products, in alignment with global and local strategies.
- Omnichannel Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels to engage healthcare professionals and patients.
- Promotional Material Development: Develop, adapt, and update marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and threats in the hemato-oncology market. Provide insights to help shape marketing and sales strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the medical, sales, and external agency teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Sales Support and training: Support the sales team with materials, presentations, and training to help them effectively promote GSK’s hemato-oncology portfolio.
- Budget Management: Monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and reporting on financial performance.
- Event Management: Coordinate the logistics for congresses, seminars, and webinars to promote GSK’s presence and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to all relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in hematology field, specifically Multiple Myeloma market is highly preferable
- Proven track record of successful product launch
- Solid Marketing background with firm grasp of omnichannel and digital marketing.
- Excellent mastery of IT solutions
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and tactics.
- Proficient in project management and business context comprehension, with a focus on showing responsibility, working autonomously, and in cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, characterized by a proactive “can do” and “will do” attitude, coupled with proven time management and multitasking capabilities even under pressure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative matrix-environment.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, healthcare reimbursement, and payer landscapes is a plus
- Fluent in German and at least strong proficiency in English is a must. Other languages are a plus.
