Your profile

• Vocational training as a hotel manager or housekeeping manager
• Apprenticeship graduates are welcome
• Very good knowledge of the work processes in the area of responsibility
• Leadership qualities and good communication skills
• Eye for detail
• Language skills in D, E (any other language an advantage)
• Regardless of age: what counts are your qualifications, passion and enjoyment of the job

Your tasks

• Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
• Daily detailed inspection of suites and rooms on the assigned floors
• Introduction and training of employees regarding standards, thorough cleanliness and work processes
• Supervision and control of housekeeping staff
• Management of the daily turn-down service (couverture)
• Allocation of amenities on the floors
• Allocation of cleaning and work equipment for all employees
• Acting as a role model for subordinate employees
