On behalf a market leading pharmaceutical company with a globally recognised brand, Swisslinx are looking for an IT Security Product Owner with strong Information Security knowhow to join their mid sized IT Risk and Governance Team running in Berne (home office offered 4 days per week).
Joining the company at an exciting time as they continue their digital transformation, your tasks will include the following:
* Own and prioritize the product backlog for IT Security by creating the features according to SAFe guidelines
* Prioritize tasks and actions by collaborating closely with the immediate team, as well as liaise with other product owners and departments
* Accompany various initiatives and verify security requirements
* Advise teams to plan and implement adequate cybersecurity maintenance activities
* Create security concepts and guidelines
* You plan and conduct audits and reviews
* Assess risks and propose measures where required
* Support development and maintenance of processes and tools for IT Security
As the perfect candidate you will possess the following skills and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Solid working experience in Information Security
* Working knowledge of security controls, guidelines and standards (e.g.ISO27000 series)
* Certification in IT security (CISSP/CISM/Information Security)
* Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (e.g. SAFe)
* Ideally you have worked as a product owner
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluency in English
* Knowledge of German and/or French is highly preferred
Please note interviews would be conducted via video call (with second round on site), and the role is based 100% in Switzerland. Our client offers:
