Your Mission

• Define the future of product operations at On by building a world-class engine that not only meets today’s demands but anticipates and adapts to the evolving needs of the business
• Leverage cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to redefine how we create and deliver products, ensuring On stays at the forefront of operational innovation
• Lead the Product Operations team, overseeing functional KPIs, product creation and commercialization calendars, process improvements, project management, digitalization, item master data, and data analytics
• Bridge R&D, design, product strategy, technology, supply chain and other teams, creating unified strategies that streamline operations and unlock greater value across On’s product lifecycle
• Develop and implement a Product Operations strategy aligned with On’s long-term vision and objectives
• Elevate On’s product engine through digitalization, innovation, and operational excellence
• Lead transformative initiatives to embed a culture of digital-first thinking, spearheading efforts to modernize tools, systems, and processes across the product engine
• Collaborate with the technology and data science teams to integrate advanced tools, predictive analytics, and machine learning capabilities into the product engine
• Build and nurture an extraordinary team, focusing on engagement, development, and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, collaboration, and inclusivity
• Champion On’s unique culture as part of the extended leadership team, inspiring others to ignite human spirits through movement
