Position summary
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our experienced and dynamic team at our headquarters in Wollerau.
In this role, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the Marketing & Sales team, ensuring efficient operations and data management to enhance business development and commercial decision-making. Additionally, over time, it may involve managing customer accounts.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and structured professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, supporting marketing and sales functions while ensuring efficient operations, data accuracy, and compliance. You should demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, high levels of intercultural competence and empathy, while remaining a strong team-player led by integrity and a sense of responsibility. Proven experience in a similar position and business environment is a strong advantage for this role
This role reports to the Marketing Lead Europe. It’s a permanent and onsite role with a pensum expectation of 80-100%.
Position responsibilities
- Support sales & marketing activities, including offer preparation and customer communication.
- Maintain and update data in ERP/CSRM systems.
- Handle contracts and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Analyse pricing, costs, and market data.
- Oversee compliance-related reporting and documentation.
- Organize and standardize internal data and file management.
- Assist with quality management, reporting, and general operational support.
- Support digitalization efforts, customer portal and process optimization
- Account management and related administrative tasks may be included.
Education and professional experience
- Commercial background in a similar role
- Excellent English skills, German skills are an advantage
- Good understanding and practical experience of the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and other key software such as SharePoint or Adobe Acrobat
- Good understanding and practical experience of ERP systems, preferably Business Central, and CSRM systems Strong
- Excel skills and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in sustainability of petrochemical products is an advantage
- Permission to live and work in Switzerland is a requirement for this role
