To grow our APAC team located in Sydney we are looking for a Technical Account Manager / Project Manager.
Your Role
- Responsible for technical and organizational leadership of client relationships and projects
- Technical day-to-day contact of a client portfolio to maintain a strong relationship
- IT Project definition, initiation, planning and execution
- Analyze business needs and translate to business requirements to address client needs
- Collaborate with the Product Owner for client requirements, planning and deployment of products
- Provide consultancy and training services related to the product portfolio offered (Applications, Tools, API)
- Coordinate releases of new features with client
- Work together with application support to ensure troubleshooting of technical issues
- Ensure that provided services and delivery standards are met
Your Profile
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or similar preferably with IT/Software/Technical background
- Experience with external client facing roles
- Project management certification and experience for 3-5 years
- Experience in requirement engineering and proven analytical skills
- Experience with Service Operations as well as agile techniques
- Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, follow-up, time management and administration skills
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Fluent in English, further languages would be advantageous
