As a (digital-) marketing data analyst at the Digital Analytics teams, you will take responsibility for our reporting landscape for our internal ZEISS customers. Based on their needs, you will define, coordinate, and implement relevant reporting solutions in close alignment with them. Therefore, we are looking for people who are keen to try something new. You will:
- work at the intersection of marketing, technology & data
- analyze digital marketing data to provide data-driven insights, and derive recommendations using various data sets
- structure the data in the background, based on our global data lake
- deliver analytical solutions to the business units
- At least 3+ years of analytics experience
- You are an expert of working with and combining multiple digital data sources, such as web & app, social media, marketing automation and CRM
- You have SQL knowledge and prepared data in the background, eg on MS Azure, or in Databricks for optimal reporting & dashboard usage
- You have expert knowledge in any web analytics tool: such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Mixpanel
- You have experience with data extraction and manipulation,
- You have experience working with dimensional data models,
- You understand business needs and can turn them into data-driven insights
- You are motivated and able to manage complex projects within diverse stakeholder environments
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team spirit
- Fluent English language skills
