Job description
The performance department collaborates with other departments to implement initiatives that optimize the company's overall performance. This 100% independent department reports directly to the Executive Management and faces the following main challenges:
- Identifying all group performance drivers through conducting audits.
- Challenging and improving/correcting processes to ensure sustainable performance.
- Optimizing the group's resources and profitability.
As a Group Performance Officer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying improvement levers for Business and Corporate activities, particularly around pricing, profitability, productivity, and working capital requirements.
- Analyzing group financial data and statements to evaluate performance.
- Conducting process audits to identify potential productivity gains.
- Defining measurement tools and performance tracking indicators.
- Participating in the development of associated action plans in collaboration with various departments.
- Assisting operational teams in analyzing their performance and projects.
- Collaboratively defining processes and corrective actions with the relevant subsidiaries.
- Creating, developing, and improving the reports used for performance analysis, in coordination with the finance department.
Profile Requireme nt
- You are currently starting or finishing a master degree in Engineering or in Finance/Accounting from a Business school
- Meticulous, reliable, reactive, autonomous, and having a good capacity to work and communicate in teams
- A good ability to use the computer tools (Excel) is necessary, a first approach to process automation would be an asset
- Fluency in English and French. Another foreign language would be a plus
- Mastery of generative AI (ex: ChatGPT) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity
