We are looking for a colleague in our Finance Department:
Your mission:
Financial Accounting and Tax:
- Record and process financial transactions in Sage X3
- Process invoices, ensuring correct PO and BL (delivery note) matching
- Monitor supplier payments and maintain professional relationships
- Reconcile internal (SGP/NL) and external accounts, including banks, suppliers, and customers
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations
- Assist with VAT declarations and corporate tax filings
- Contribute to improvement of our global financial accounting and its team
Budgeting & Reporting:
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Analyse budget variances and provide insights for cost optimisation
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
- Support audit preparations
Process Improvement & ERP Management:
- Support the implementation and optimisation of Sage X3 (upcoming: purchase to pay, manufacturing, sales)
- Assist in defining best practices for financial processes
- Contribute to internal controls and fraud prevention

- You want to collaborate with a dynamic, experienced, and international team with great ambitions. Nextkidney developments are based in Singapore, Switzerland and The Netherlands. You will be part of a small finance team (3 pax) based in Lausanne, but directly linked to the other finance teams in The Netherlands and Singapore (4 pax).
You are motivated by the mission? The profile we are looking for is…
- Bachelor’s degree or Federal higher study in accounting
- Fluent in English and French
- Min 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Results-driven with a can-do, hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in Sage X3 or similar ERP
- Good command of Excel and office tools
- Sense of responsibility and organized
- Customer-oriented and a team player
- Confident and clear communicator
- Experience in an RD and/or production organization is an advantage
