Job Description Summary
The Stream lead will act as a business analyst. Holding a strong knowledge of both the MTA business processes and our technology capabilities. You will be the interface between the Business Keys users and the Technical support team. You are not a user but knowledgeable in the system and its capabilities – you are the Level 2 Support.
Responsibilities include the ability to translate functional requirements into technical requirements working in conjunction with the Technical Architect and Product Manager as well as with support and development teams as required.
You will be required to support the continuous improvement of MTA processes using digital solutions.
You will work with the wider team (DT and Business) to drive adoption across the MTA application portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Have the capability to answer functional how to” questions
- Transfer knowledge to key users regarding new or modified functionalities and assists with/provides training/coaching
- Provide input to definition and modification of business processes by gathering the needs of change requests shared by key users
- Communicate in local language and English
- Perform data quality checks for local business data
- Support acceptance and regression testing of solved tickets, change requests and support packages when necessary
- Participate to the project team, when relevant and provide deliverables according to the time and quality criteria.
Qualification/Requirements:
- IT University degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of the project /release execution processes
- Knowledge of the functional architecture for the overall system
- Knowledgeable of the business functions requirements relating to the use of this application.
- Excellent people skills, ability to work closely with all stakeholders
- Able to lead early stage customer interactions; should have the ability to influence without authority
- Able to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms.

- Structured and Organized
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills

- Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
- Understands the technology landscape.
